  • Develop key PMO work processes to achieve performance and appropriate Project Governance.
  • Identify projects with elements of risk and raise awareness with senior leadership through executive briefings.
  • Support and mentor the Project Management community to ensure company’s goals and objectives are met.

Implement an Enterprise-PMO and cross-functional Enterprise Transformation Project Advisory Committee

Scope of Work

  • Provide guidance and assistance initiating E-PMO processes and best practices
  • Act as a consultant with senior leadership on project feasibility and approach
  • Create phased program approach introducing Project Management principles, best practices, and benefits only as the organization can absorb and master them
  • Develop simple tools, standard project initiation, collaborative review, approval, and control processes that ensure enterprise and executive leadership transparency into project progress, funding, partnerships, prioritization, risks, and resource availability via successful communication with senior leadership, stakeholders, and project teams
  • Create and support Enterprise Transformation Project Advisory Committee of key Directors, Managers, and VP project and program owners that typically operate at the intersection of major cross-departmental corporate initiatives and provide authority to review, validate, and recommend projects for approval, prioritization, and escalation to the Senior Executive Committee
