Evaluate current operations and forecasted growth, identify and recommend process improvements; coordinate with brokers, negotiate leases; design parts and repair facility, narrow aisle racking installation, office space, and lighting automations; manage tenant improvement, high-pile, seismic, and occupancy permits; source related warehouse equipment, forklifts, order pickers, bailer, and trash compactor; project lead bar coding system and wireless network implementation, inventory transition, and operations startup.

Scope of Work

Review city citations, fines, and threats to close the warehouse facility. Meet with city officials and escalate to the Director of Building and Safety and the Assistant City Manager, mitigate immediate safety concerns, source fire services, engineering, and permits firms, submit conforming permits applications, negotiate time extensions through lease expiration, exit facility without remedy or significant cost saving $190,000 in required tenant improvements and $10,000/day losses if the facility was ordered closed.
